    No equipment need for this core focused class, just you and your mat. Targeting the upper and lower abs, as well as your obliques, with 40 second reps for each exercise, you'll move through two sets to leave your core feeling strong and engaged.

  • Dynamic Upper Body and Core with Elena

    Raise your heart rate and feel the burn with this strong, fun class, targeting your upper body and core. We'll use dumbbells, layering each exercise, with options to advance and modify along the way, targeting your muscles to tone, lengthen and strengthen.
