Jayne has always moved to feel good. Her fitness journey began as a competitive ice skater and coach in the US. Next? She taught Latin and ballroom dancing. As if that wasn’t enough, she went on to discover aerial silks, eventually being scouted by Cirque de Soleil. Although an injury interrupted her plans, it taught her unbreakable resilience, and led her to Pilates. In every class, Jayne celebrates the physical and mental power of movement, blending strength, stability and flexibility to leave you feeling empowered.⁠

  • Full Body - Day 1

    Engage and ignite your body from head-to-toe in 20 minutes. This class is an intelligent combination of classic Pilates postures and body weight strength and stability training. A brief warm up, and cool down is included.

  • Core Stability - Day 2

    FIRE up your core! A challenging combo of planks, Pilates postures and 4- point kneeling - this class will build true core strength and stability. A brief warm up, and cool down is included.

  • Full Body Cardio - Day 3

    It’s time to build more heat! Target the upper body, lower body and core with dynamic movements that will leave you sweaty (and smiling). A brief warm up, and cool down is included.

  • Frontline - Day 4

    Today is all about exploring the frontline muscles of the body, you’ll focus on the chest and core, as well as the front and inner thighs. A brief warm up, and cool down is included.

  • EMOM Legs and Cardio - Day 5

    EMOM- Every Minute On The Minute. Alternating 1 minute intervals of strength, cardio and active/ static recovery. This class is unlike any other CorePlus class. A brief warm up, and cool down is included.

  • Backline - Day 6

    Today is all about exploring the backline muscles of the body, and we’ll stay down on the mat for the majority of the class. This class has a focus on the back, glutes and hamstrings, with a blend of strength and stability work. Expect to feel long and strong after this class.

    Let go of muscular tension with this slow and steady full body stretch.

  • LIVE STREAM - Pilates Strong And Stretch with Jayne (30 mins)

    20 minutes to engage and ignite your body from head-to-toe, paired with a 10 minute active recovery to reset you and re-charge you.⁠

    This class will leave you feeling perfectly content, and feeling oh-so-ready for your next days workout.⁠
