As a mat and reformer Pilates instructor, Emily’s motivation is ‘moving to make your body feel good’. It’s a simple ethos, but a very effective one. She believes in the power of strong and considered movement, and its positive impact on our health and happiness. This method is at the core of Em’s classes, brought to life with her empowering energy, candid approach and concise cueing. In every session, Em will make sure you get the most out of every movement, you feel the burn, and you don’t take yourself too seriously.⁠
