We're focusing on the basics to build strength with supersets and repetition. Clearly defining how we move and practice with some simple techniques that will build strength so effectivly. Learning good technique is the key to this class. But be prepared while these basics might feel too easy at first, you'll be feeling that strength workout the next day.
