This unique class is intelligently sequenced to challenge you with intention as we focus on sets of upper body, lower body, and core, to maximise muscular endurance and strength. As we move through each set, we will target and work each muscle group to fatigue.

    Join Gabi in this express 15 minute strong reformer flow. Working with lighter lower body springs focusing on stability and control.

    Using the jump boards throughout the entirety of this express 15 minute class, focusing on strengthening the legs, using fast- paced exercises to challenge the body!

  • Express Lower Body reformer with Gabi and Susie

    Side facing work to lengthen and strenghten through the legs, working through the inner thighs and strong plank work to finish off strong. This 15 minute express reformer class will guarantee you to feel amazing afterwards!
