Sammy
Sammy wasn’t always a yoga instructor. He was a not-for-profit community worker, but like so many, his world changed when he became immersed in the practice. After realising the mental and physical benefits, he went onto complete his training. These days, Sammy takes pride in creating a light-hearted, relaxed and safe environment where members can learn and explore. In every class, he invokes those same qualities of union and growth that lured him deeper into the practice.

This dynamic class blends mindful sequencing with a lesson in breath, to provide a total mind-body reset. Here, there are no fancy poses and no OM's. Just a non-stop Vinyasa flow that will challenge you to the deep core.
