In this 45 minute class Sarah will guide you through a thoughtful series of supported Yin postures aimed to release tension in your muscles, increase circulation in your joints, and calm your mind. This quiet and slow paced class is the perfect compliment to intense strength and cardio based classes like Hot Mat Pilates, Hot Strength and Hot Strength Cardio.
Props: A yoga bolster and 2 blocks. Otherwise a few large pillows, and some thick books will work too.
Power through 15 strength building exercises linked by strategically timed intervals- 45 seconds of work and 15 seconds of recovery. A short warm up is included in this fast and dynamic workout.
Props: 2 sets of dumbbells (different weights) and your mat.
