This Vinyasa based practice, will challenge your functional strength and increase your flexibility. Postures are linked to a consistent and mindful breath, moving you towards a strong and satisfying series of intermediate asana (peak poses). In every Hot Yoga Flow class you’ll have the opportunity to Free Flow - the freedom to move intuitively through elements of your practice with the music turned right up!
