This class has been created to strengthen and tone the most requested target areas: arms, glutes and core. The inclusion of dumbbells and resistance bands maximises muscle engagement, and we dial up the intensity with strategic bursts of low-impact cardio to elevate the heart rate and push through plateaus. It’s the best of both worlds.
