You’ll use light weights (and tonnes of reps!) to tone the muscles of your arms and back in this fast and sweaty class. Get ready- there’s no breaks between sets in this class! Revisit this class again with a slightly heavier set of weights to see how it feels. This class is an apartment friendly, low impact cardio class- there's no jumping here!
Props: Light dumbbells. (Try this first with 1-2kgs dumbbells).
