One day, Karina had a corporate career in the fashion industry. The next? She was working as a Pilates instructor for CorePlus, renowned for her juicy (aka, burn-inducing) classes. After following her passion towards health and fitness, Karina became a regular at CorePlus Malvern, using Pilates as a way to keep her mind and body in shape after having a baby. Affectionately referred to as ‘Killer Karina’, you’ll develop a love/hate relationship — but mostly love. She’ll leave you feeling strong, sweaty and accomplished.
