If you want to build functional strength - this is the class for you. Compared to Hot Mat Pilates, this class is slower paced, but don’t let that fool you — you’ll move with more awareness and intention in this challenging resistance-based practice. This class has been created to strengthen and sculpt the most requested target areas: arms, glutes and core with the inclusion of dumbbells and resistance bands to maximise muscle engagement.
Props: Dumbbells- we like to have 1-2 different weight options available.
