The 'step through' - it's the transition between Down Dog and/or 3 Legged Dog that brings you to the top of your mat. Our instructors make it look easy, but it's a transition that requires a little bit of practice. In this short masterclass, Sarah will share a few tips that changed her own step through, that you can adapt to make your's easier and stronger.
