This quiet and slow paced class is the perfect compliment to intense strength and cardio based classes like Hot Mat Pilates, Hot Strength and Hot Strength Cardio.
Props: A yoga bolster and 2 blocks. Otherwise a few large pillows, and some thick books will work too.
