Jayne has always moved to feel good. Her fitness journey began as a competitive ice skater and coach in the US. Next? She taught Latin and ballroom dancing. As if that wasn’t enough, she went on to discover aerial silks, eventually being scouted by Cirque de Soleil. Although an injury interrupted her plans, it taught her unbreakable resilience, and led her to Pilates. In every class, Jayne celebrates the physical and mental power of movement, blending strength, stability and flexibility to leave you feeling empowered.
