These classes have been inspired by our signature reformer Pilates class - Athletic Reformer. Working through a strong arm, leg and core sequence, these classes will leave you feeling like you’ve worked every muscle. You'll need a set of light dumbbells and 1 x slider (a paper plate/ tea towel) for these classes.
