In this class Emily has transformed our signature (and most popular) in-studio Pilates reformer class into an at home workout. This is a total body workout - you'll target multiple muscle groups with the help of sliders. The sliders create more challenge, requiring more balance and more focus. This class will increase your core strength, muscle definition, mobility and flexibility. And it will leave you feeling energised — not exhausted.
