This mat Pilates class class has been inspired by our signature reformer class- Athletic Reformer. Designed specifically for those who might be newer to this style of class, or those returning back to exercise after a break. Working through a strong arm, leg and core sequence, this class will leave you feeling like you’ve worked every muscle.
Props: A set of light dumbbells and 1 x slider (a paper plate/ tea towel works just as well!)
This beginner friendly low impact workout utilises high reps and a steady tempo, to transform classic Pilates exercises into a cardio class like no other! Movements seamlessly flow from one to another, creating a strong burn and some serious shakes!
